Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the Isibo Studio service, operated by Crowdless Ventures (Mauritius): the AI generation of a professional portrait from a photo provided by the customer.

2. Service and price

The preview is free. Downloading the high-resolution, watermark-free version is charged per country (1 € / 1 £ / 1 $ / CA$1 / 500 FCFA), per portrait. The applicable price is the one displayed at order time.

3. Order and payment

Payment is made via Stripe. The order is final once payment is confirmed. The portrait is then made available for download and emailed.

4. Right of withdrawal

The service is digital content supplied immediately. By ticking the relevant box, you consent to immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal: the order is no longer refundable once the HD portrait is unlocked.

5. Customer warranties

You warrant that you hold the rights to the uploaded photo and are the person depicted, or have their authorisation.

6. Liability

As the result is AI-generated, it may vary. If generation fails technically after payment, we re-run it or refund the order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Mauritius. EU consumers keep the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
